The delivery dates given are based on our current stock situation and estimates based on frequently updated information from our suppliers. The web site is updated very frequently to give the most accurate information available but can be subject to changes outside of our control.
Delivery Prices
Prices shown are for UK Mainland delivery only - delivery charges to other destinations will be quoted after receipt of order, and will only be charged upon written acceptance by the buyer. Only ONE delivery charge will be applied to each shipment - it will be the most expensive charge. For example if you buy an Instrument and several accessories - you will only be charged for the Instrument delivery charge.
Delivery Services
ALL Instruments (and Accessories ordered at the same time as an instrument) will be shipped by 24/48 Hr Courier - with full tracking capability. ALL other products will be shipped via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force Standard Delivery. If you require your accessories to be delivered urgently the next day then an extra charge will be made and a suitable express service will be used. You can select the Express Delivery option on the FINAL page of the order form. ie. Where you enter your credit card details.
