range of Brass, Woodwind and STRING
Instruments. Yes you can now rent
1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and 4/4 Violins - you no longer
need to reluctantly build up your own collection of
small Violins as your child grows. |

No
maximum time limit on Rental however a minimum rental
period of 4 months applies to all Student model
rentals.
|
|
|
All
rental instruments are fully checked and set-up prior
to handing over to you.
|
|
|
Unique
rental scheme allows you to rent the instrument from
your home - no need to visit the store.
|
|

|

* Maintenance will be provided free of charge based on
normal / correct usage of the instrument. Damage
repair is not included see Terms and Conditions for
further information.

required / Limitations of the Scheme |

scheme is limited to UK
Residents only. |

It
may be possible from time to time, depending on
current stock, to offer rental
on other instruments not quoted above -
please contact us if you have a specific request -
email. |

In
addition to your credit card details we need two
other items of proof of your identity - these include:
Utility Bill, Drivers Licence, Passport, Credit Card
Statement, Bank Statement. |
|
|
A
further condition of the Rental Scheme is that you
provide: (1) In the case of a student: the
name and address of the school/college/university you
attend, or (2) in all other cases the name and address
of your employer. |

Instrument what do I need to do now ? |
|
All
you need to do to rent an instrument is click
on this link - this will download a Rental
Form which you must complete and mail back to us with
the additional documents requested. Full mail
address and instructions are included on the form.

Rental Scheme Terms and
Conditions |

1 |
Throughout
the Rental Period the Instrument remains the property
of Signature Solutions Ltd (SigNetMusic.com).
|
|
| 2 |
Maintenance
of the instrument is free for normal usage for the
first 2 years of rental. The
instrument will be recalled for a service at the end
of 24 months rental unless the instrument required a
service or adjustments prior to this. Please
contact us if you experience any difficulties with the
instrument at any time. Any damage caused by
misuse or accident will be your responsibility and
full repair costs will be charged to your credit card
when the instrument is returned to us - you will be
notified of these costs prior to your card being
charged.

The rented
instrument is not insured by ourselves. Loss or
damage to the instrument is your responsibility.
We
strongly advise you to insure the instrument for the
duration of the rental. We can recommend
insurance companies that offer such a service.

| 4 |
The
MINIMUM rental period is FOUR MONTHS. The
instrument must be returned to us BEFORE the start of
the next rental month otherwise you will be charged
for rental of the complete month.
|
|
| 5 |
This is
NOT a hire-purchase agreement.
|
|
| 6 |
Should you
wish to purchase the instrument you have been renting
you can do so at any time after the 4 month minimum
rental period. You will be charged our normal
DISCOUNTED price for the instrument, minus the rental
amounts paid plus a rental administration charge of 2 times the monthly rental fee. Eg: You
rented a Trumpet at £19 / Month for a period of 9
months. The normal discounted price for
that Trumpet was £240. You would pay: 240
- (9x19) + (2x19) = £107.00.
If the rent paid on the instrument at the time you
wish to purchase is greater than the original
discounted price you will only need to pay the rental
administration charge to take ownership of the
instrument.

We
reserve the right to supply instruments up to 2 years
old for rental - this does not affect the free
maintenance of the instrument for its first 24 months
when you rent it.

| 8 |
Delivery
charges: You will be charged £7.00 inc VAT for
delivery of the instrument to your house - this
will be added to your first months rental. You
are responsible for the safe return of the instrument
at the end of the rental period. We can arrange
collection of the instrument (BUT it is your
responsibility to ensure it is properly packed) - we
charge the 3rd Party collection rate of £11.50 inc
VAT for this service.
