! Please see below a summary of the process we use.
Select
the Items
Select the Instrument Page of
your choice from the left hand Menu
Select the item(s) you want to
purchase by "clicking" on the tick box : Buy
next to the item
Add Items
to shopping Basket
Add the items to your shopping
"Basket" by "clicking" on :
button.
You may browse to other
Instrument pages at this time and add other items to you Basket
using the :
button.
Change
the quantities
As soon as you have added the
items to your Basket you will be given the option to modify the
quantity you want to order. The default quantity for every
item is ONE.
This is very simple - make a
note of the ITEM Number enter it in the box: Enter Item:
, and
then enter the new/revised quantity for this item in the box: Change
Quantity to:
Now press the button:
Changing the quantity of items
will change the shipping costs if appropriate, and will always give
you a detailed VAT summary of your proposed purchases.
'Check
Out' and Pay
When you are satisfied with
the items and quantities on the order form - press:
You will now be asked to give
your email address - you will notice that this is the first
time we have asked you to identify yourself. We told you it
was easy.
You must give us your correct
email address at this point - there is no opportunity to
change it later. We use the email address to confirm our receipt of the order
to you. The confirmation email explains how to TRACK the dispatch and delivery of your order.
You now have the opportunity to decide how you wish to pay for the goods - you will have upto THREE options
(1) Credit Card / Debit Card
(2) Personal Cheque
(3) Interest Free Credit (This is only offered on certain items or ALL orders over a certain value).
And
finally
You will be transitioned on to the SECURE section
of our website to collect all of your address and Credit card
details on just one simple form.
When the form is complete and
you press
you will be sent an Automatic Order Confirmation.
The email will confirm the
items you have ordered. It does not contain any of your Credit Card details. It will also
detail how you can follow the order processing of your order right
through to delivery live on SigNetMusic.com. If we have any difficulties with processing your order we will contact you via email. We will NOT contact you if there is a short delay in supply upto 7 working days - but anything greater than this or problems with your card will necesitate an email from our Customer Service team.
